Description

A single-bevel circular blade with a keyway machined into the bore, giving a positive drive to the shaft so the blade cannot slip under load — the standard choice where a plain round bore would rely on friction alone.

Ground to the diameter, bore and keyway width on your drawing, with concentricity held to ±0.02 mm. Available in HSS, D2 tool steel, tungsten carbide or stainless, with an optional coating for abrasive or adhesive materials.

Manufacturing

Blanks are turned, keyway-broached, then heat-treated and precision-ground on both faces before the edge is finished and inspected. Every blade ships with its measurement record.
