Description
Holes around the bore bolt the blade to a flange or hub, which holds it flat and true without relying on a clamped bore alone. The edge is smooth, for fast, accurate cutting in packaging, film, textile, rubber and food lines.
Diameter, thickness, bore and hole pattern are made to your machine, with straight, serrated, scalloped or perforated edges where needed. Choose HSS, tungsten carbide, stainless steel or tool steel (D2, K110), with optional coatings to lower friction and adhesion.
Manufacturing
Diameter, bore, thickness and edge profile are finished to your drawing, the edge is ground after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
Which material and coating should I choose?
