Description
A circular rotary knife built for continuous shear slitting rather than intermittent cuts — the geometry and material are chosen to hold an edge through long, high-speed production runs rather than short batches.
Ground to your diameter, bore and bevel from a drawing or your existing tooling, in D2 tool steel or high-speed steel, with a coating available where the web is abrasive or adhesive.
Manufacturing
Blanks are turned and heat-treated, then ground and lapped to a running concentricity that keeps top and bottom knives meshing cleanly at line speed. Every knife is inspected before dispatch.
