Description
The full keyway in the bore engages the shaft key, so the blade is driven positively and stays on the shaft under load. The smooth edge suits fast, accurate cutting in packaging, plastic film, textile, rubber and food processing lines.
Diameter, thickness, bore and edge profile are made to your machine, with straight, serrated, scalloped or perforated edges available. Choose HSS for easy re-sharpening, tungsten carbide for wear resistance, stainless steel for hygiene or corrosion, or tool steel (D2, K110) for heavy duty.
Manufacturing
Diameter, bore, thickness and edge profile are finished to your drawing, the edge is ground after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
Which material and coating should I choose?
