Description
Precision-ground edges and strong material choices keep these slitter rotary knives sharp and durable through heavy production. They are made for continuous, high-speed slitting with consistent slit widths and are compatible with a wide range of slitting systems and machine brands.
Available in D2 tool steel (1.2379) and high-speed steel (M2, M42), in custom diameters, thicknesses and bevel geometries. Coatings in TiN, TiCN, DLC or chromium extend edge retention and cut downtime.
Manufacturing
Diameter, bore, thickness and edge profile are finished to your drawing, the edge is ground after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
Which material and coating should I choose?
