Description

The tooth geometry is engineered for efficient, precise cutting with lower cutting force and clean edges, which suits demanding production lines. Because the profile can be customised, the teeth can be matched to the material and the cut you need.

Choose D2 tool steel for high wear resistance and edge retention, or M2 high-speed steel for hardness and high-speed performance. Stainless steel, tungsten carbide and special alloys are available on request, with PVD, TiN or TiAlN surface treatments.

Manufacturing

Length, width, thickness, hole pattern and bevel are ground to your drawing after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.
