Description
These VFFS perforating blades are built for packaging, paper and converting lines, including high-speed systems. They cut clean, consistent tear lines in films, foils and heavy cardboard while limiting dust and downtime.
CNC grinding holds tight tolerances for accurate alignment on the machine, and tooth profiles and edge retention are designed to maintain output quality.
Manufacturing
Length, width, thickness, hole pattern and bevel are ground to your drawing after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.
