Description

The engineered tooth geometry gives reliable performance in demanding production: it reduces cutting resistance for faster processing and leaves clean, accurate cuts with minimal material deformation.

Made from D2 tool steel for wear resistance, M2 high-speed steel for hardness, or stainless steel, tungsten carbide and special alloys on request, with PVD, TiN or TiAlN surface treatments. Tooth profiles can be customised for your application.

Manufacturing

Length, width, thickness, hole pattern and bevel are ground to your drawing after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.
