Available in premium tungsten carbide, manufactured to your custom lengths, thicknesses, and bevel geometries. Optional coatings such as TiN, DLC, or Teflon can be applied to reduce friction and heat build-up when processing adhesive or synthetic webs, extending edge retention and cutting downtime.

Manufacturing

Length, thickness, mounting holes, and edge profile are finished to your drawing, the edge is precision-ground after the carbide blanks are sintered, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.
