Description
Precision grinding gives this straight blade its straightness and a sharp edge, and its low friction and edge retention help cut downtime and raise production efficiency. It gives consistent results in continuous slitting and trimming under high load.
Made to custom dimensions: 10 to 2000 mm long, 5 to 200 mm wide and 0.5 to 20 mm thick. Choose from tool steels, high-speed steels, stainless steels, solid or inlaid tungsten carbide, and zirconia or alumina ceramic, with TiN, TiAlN, Teflon or DLC coatings for wear resistance, heat stability and low friction.
Manufacturing
Length, width, thickness, hole pattern and bevel are ground to your drawing after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
