Description
The hammer tip pairs a hard chrome-moly casting with a mild steel backing plate, joined by vacuum brazing. The hard layer resists wear, and the backing plate absorbs impact, so the tip lasts in demanding crushing and shredding work, with a surface hardness of Brinell 600+.
A bolt-on design makes replacement quick during maintenance, and sizes are made to fit your particular crusher. Hammer tips are used in stone and aggregate production, asphalt recycling and roadworks, sugar cane processing, and recycling and waste management, where the feed must contain no metal scrap.
