Description

These pelletizer knives are built for precise, durable cutting over a long service life. They produce clean, uniform pellets with few fines and run reliably in underwater and strand pelletizing systems under continuous, high-speed production.

Made 10 to 2000 mm long, 5 to 200 mm wide and 0.5 to 20 mm thick, to tight tolerances for a precise fit and vibration-free operation. Choose tool steel, high-speed steel, stainless, tungsten carbide or ceramic, with TiN, TiAlN, Teflon or DLC coatings for wear resistance and reduced friction.

Manufacturing

Dimensions, geometry and mounting are made to your drawing or sample, heat treatment and finishing are matched to the material you process, and every part is inspected before dispatch.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match a blade from a worn sample without a drawing?

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.

Which material and coating should I choose?

It depends on what you cut and how fast. Tell us the material, line speed and current blade life and we will recommend a grade and coating with the quote.
