Description
Made for pelletizing and recycling lines, this blade produces plastic pellets of consistent size and shape. Its cutting geometry gives clean, uniform cuts at the die face with less dust and fines, and its high wear resistance and dimensional accuracy support stable, long-lasting operation in demanding extrusion environments.
Sizes, thicknesses and edge profiles are customisable, in HSS, D2 tool steel or stainless steel, with optional coatings to reduce friction and buildup. Blades are supplied from prototypes through serial production.

Dimensions, geometry and mounting are made to your drawing or sample, heat treatment and finishing are matched to the material you process, and every part is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
