Description
The score perforation knife has perforation teeth ground into a double-sided bevel, so it cuts a precise, uniform perforation line and holds its cut quality for long runs with minimal wear. The common size is 76.2 mm outside diameter, 22 mm bore, 5.2 mm hub and 2 mm blade thickness.
It is made from tool steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel or carbide-tipped, and coated with TiN, TiCN or DLC. Food-grade coatings are available on request.
Manufacturing
Diameter, bore, thickness and edge profile are finished to your drawing, the edge is ground after heat treatment, and every blade is inspected before dispatch.
