Description
Unlike a linear blade, the punch blade applies concentrated force locally to remove a circular section with minimal deformation, so the holes it cuts are clean and uniform. It works in rotary dies, press systems and modular tooling.
Diameter, depth, edge angle and punch shape are customisable, with a range of diameters, depths and mounting configurations. Choose HSS, tool steel (such as D2) or stainless steel, with optional coatings to reduce friction, prevent buildup and extend blade life. Supplied from prototype to serial production with technical support.
Manufacturing
Diameter, depth, edge angle and mounting are made to your drawing, the cutting edge is ground after heat treatment, and every part is inspected before dispatch.

Yes. Send the sample and we will measure it, confirm the geometry with you, and quote from there.
